When you use Woodlands church of Christ services, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends when you visit one of our websites. How Do We Use Your Information?
When you sign up for a particular service that requires registration, we ask you to provide personal information. We collect your information to support your participation, deliver requested content, to note your preferences, and to keep you informed about events, related resources, and spiritual development opportunities. You may opt out of electronically delivered communication at any time by contacting us at the listed phone or email and requesting to be removed from our database. You may decline to submit personal information to any of our services, in which case we may not be able to provide those services to you.
Your email address and phone number are occasionally used for communications you’ve opted-in to receive including but not limited to email, SMS, MMS, text message or other reasonable means now known or later developed. We never sell, share, or spam your personal information.
How Do We Share Your Information?
Woodlands church of Christ does not share your personal information with other institutions outside of the church. However, Woodlands church of Christ may share your personal information if we have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request, (b) enforce applicable Terms Of Service, including investigation of potential violations thereof, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, or (d) protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of Woodlands church of Christ, its users or the public as required or permitted by law.

We restrict access to personal information to church elders, deacons and staff who need to know that information to operate, develop or improve our services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations. Woodlands church of Christ is not responsible, however, if unauthorized access to information occurs.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we process is accurate, complete, and current, but we depend on our users to update or correct their personal information whenever necessary.
We will cooperate with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that cannot be resolved between Woodlands church of Christ and an individual.
